What we do

We keep a small business findable and credible in the places where people now decide
whether to call it. That means four things, and we do all four rather than selling them separately.

Your website, looked after

Hosting, the certificate, the domain, daily backups kept off the server, updates applied, and
someone watching whether the site is up. When you need a change made, you ask and it gets made.

Findable, not just ranked

The technical work that lets every engine read your site properly: titles and descriptions that
differ page to page, a canonical on every URL, a sitemap that is actually submitted rather than merely
present, structured data that says plainly what your business is and where it operates.

We work across every index, not only Google. Bing feeds DuckDuckGo, Yahoo and Ecosia. One
submission reaches Bing, Yandex, Naver and Seznam. Apple Maps draws on its own sources entirely.

Your presence where people look you up

Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, Yelp and your social profiles, kept
consistent and current. Consistency is not cosmetic here: when your hours, address or phone number
disagree between sources, the engines and the AI assistants have to pick one, and they may not pick
the one you would.

Your reputation, watched

We monitor reviews across the places that carry them and draft your replies for you to approve. We
do not solicit reviews and we do not buy them. Every platform that matters prohibits it, and a
penalty costs more than the reviews were worth.

What we will not do

We will not promise you a position in search results or a traffic figure. Nobody controls those,
and a promise nobody can keep is the fastest way to lose a client honestly earned. What we will do is
report every month what we did, what it produced, and what comes next.
